I focus primarily on Soul Purpose, Embodiment & Resilience Building blending precepts from Neuroscience, Cognitive Behavioral Psychology and Neurolinguistic Programming to assist you reframe limited beliefs and blocks that keep you from living your most authentic expression, purpose, aligned and heart centered life.

I take guidance from your deepest intention, meeting you where you are with spaciousness for what wants to emerge during our time together.

Casting your soul map is sacred to me because you are. I do this in ceremony, in prayer that I discover the truth of your being and speak it from a clear, clean space, allowing Spirit, your highest Self, guides and ancestors into the space with your intention as an offering.

What to Expect and How to Prepare for a Session

We center on your intention to make use of our time together.
This is a dialogue. I will be sharing and asking intimate questions about trends, habits and patterns around your life experiences.
Know that our space is safe for you to come as you are and be as you are.
The amount of information that can be gleaned from your natal chart is limitless but our time together IS so your intention is KEY.
I do not give yes, no or definitive answers because your are the SOLE (soul) author of your life and you have the POWER to shape your destiny.
I am here to guide and point the finger through deeper reflections, questions, self inquiries that show pathways to your self empowerment journey.
We may begin the session with a meditation if this comfortable and kind for you, or we can jump right into some basics of Astrology to make full use of our time together.
I end the session with an oracle card pull as I have found this beautifully ties together all the dialogue shared in a mantra or message.
Note that I do not practice nor read tarot cards.

Bridging my priestess, Earth-based & Eastern contemplative practices with evidence-based tools in personal development, trauma, neuroscience and the many sciences, practices, modalities I continue to explore and root in this Earth school.
