I followed the template the world told me to pursue
Go to the good schools.
Get the prestigious job.
Climb the ladder.
And I did.
I held leadership roles in startups and corporate spaces, and by all external measures I was successful.
But there was always a deep longing…
A soul-stirring that whispered:
There has to be another way.
That whisper became a truth I couldn't ignore
It wasn’t that I failed in those systems.
It’s that those systems were never designed for SOUL.
They prioritized gain over HEART.
Profit over planet and people.
Productivity over presence.
Control over compassion.

I realized that my abundance didn’t need to come at the expense of the planet, or my nervous system.
Success didn’t have to be a dissociation from nature, from purpose, from community.
I don't have to hustle or burn out, I can honor my cycles and attune my rhythm with nature.
I can contribute to environmental awareness without drowning in debt and despair.
And most of all,
There is a kinder way to live, root in purpose and sustain impact.

I'M THEA L CUSTODIO
TLC is the essence of how I serve.
It is the foundation of how I hold space,
firmly with accountability, softly and with reverence.
Every offering, every word, every container begins and ends with Love.
I believe that the more we root in tenderness and truth,
the more empowered we are to connect and flourish.
This is the revolution.
One soul, one breath, one sacred remembrance at a time.
A dream. A death. A huge loss.
In 2016 I received visions in a dream, to build something that was too massive for my understanding at the time.
A calling that I heeded.
I began my startup and environmental activism journey.
In 2018 I returned to corporate, burnt out from working with NGOs, I pivoted my startup.
In 2020, I resigned from corporate and suffered a huge financial loss. I lost everything I earned from my decades of working.
The death that ensued was the deepest from the many ones prior.
A dissolving of everything I was not.
What changed everything wasn’t more striving, working, strategizing.
It was remembering.
Remembering who I was before the conditioning.
Before the trauma responses,
the inherited expectations,
the limited scarcity programming,
and the systems that told me how to live.
It took courage to walk away from the template society handed me.
From the comfort of belonging, a stable paycheck and not going against the grain.
To root into a new way of being that felt more cyclical, more embodied, more true.
It took love and compassion to hold the self through deaths and rebirths. This one was the hardest to learn and to practice, easier to give to others.
That brave return to self transformed everything outside.

I lost everything I earned from my decades of working.
The death that ensued was the deepest from the many ones prior. A dissolving of everything I was not.

the inherited expectations,
the limited scarcity programming,
and the systems that told me how to live.

It gave language to my patterns, the limiting beliefs, karmic loops I am here to integrate along with my strengths and potential.
Embodying Astrology unlocked worlds within worlds for me
The unconscious, conscious.
It helped me name and make conscious the forces that shape my journey, understand true freedom and purpose.
and I sought to ground the cosmos,
in the soul and soil
Visionary and empathic, I used to look up and whisper "take me home."
Growing up with a deep feeling of longing for a place I can't name, to sense "things" that don't make sense and receive visions of futures that seem impossible but more real than what is seen.
I took to plants, rivers, oceans, mountains - Nature's medicine to attune and ground all these big cosmic experiences into my body, into felt sense.
I learnt regenerative practices, biodynamic farming and gardening with the moon and the seasons.
I rooted in devotional and contemplative practices to connect with the Divine of my own unique understanding through Vipasanna, Jnana, Yoga, Reiki.
I built bridges across disciplines, sciences, paradoxes.
Having multiple passions and neurodivergent, I sought to understand how my nervous system works - mostly to "tame" my over active mind and "name" the feelings that were too big for me.
Depth Psychology, Neuroscience, Somatic Embodiment and Transformational Life Coaching gave me evidence based frameworks and tools to rewire, regulate, ground and stabilize my transformation.
I slowly reclaimed my truth, my voice, confidence, posture while cultivating anicca, non-attachment, love and compassion through contemplative and Earth based practices.
So I'm here to show up, HEART-led to walk with you in re-membrance turning our patterns into purpose not just for ourselves but for the collective.

Reconnecting with the Earth and our unique medicine for these times.
Because when we regulate, we remember.
When we root deep, we rise steady.
And when we reclaim ourselves,
we ripple change into our communities and systems.
