These are sacred practices shared with you through this transmission and container - this same trust I give to you to treat these channeled meditations with the same reverence as I do as much as you are able.

Trust that you will receive as much as you give, such is the law of sacred reciprocity.

🍃Cacao, fruits or flowers as offering to Mother Earth

These items are only suggested and optional. The intent is to have physical items that bring the elements into your physical space and assist to get you in a ceremonial vibe. These are NOT required.

Your journal or any piece of paper is highly encouraged to record and note your experience of the guided journey.

Make yourself comfortable and be in an environment that will support you tune in, attune to your Self and allow yourself the time to be undisturbed.

If this is not available to you, you are welcome to pause and come back to the guided meditation and journey at a time most conducive for you.

The Mythic Capricorn

Capricorn is the mythical mermaid turned sea goat in modern Astrology. The original “mer-folk” once of the sea bearing ancient wisdom from the primordial waters of the “Mother,” “La-mer,” “Mary.”

She of the depths and the high heavens, this cardinal, feminine, earth sign represents tenacity, sovereignty, soft strength - qualities acquired through maturity, mastery.

She reminds us of our capacity to dive into the deepest terrain, to rest as nature does in winter, to nurture the light within with conscious discipline.

She reminds us to be resourceful, to take regular inventory as we apply ourselves to climb life’s proverbial mountains.

As Solstice points represent the highest and lowest of the light of the sun, so does Capricorn and the polar opposite - Cancer, represent life’s continuous journey of highs and lows, descents and ascents that equip us with lessons, galvanizing our resolve, gaining wisdom along the way and passing it forward as elders granting passage to andnourishing the next generation.

Patriarchal versions of this sacred archetype laced Capricorn with masculine, rigid, limiting energetics - where work and life are labeled “hard,” “cold,” “harsh.”

Pluto, the planet of rebirth, transformation and deep time is wrapping up its journey in Capricorn where it has been cleaning up, revealing shadows and stirring evolution since 2018. Pluto will not be in Capricorn again until the next 284 years.

This is the last time in our lifetime we will experience these energies.

WE are the generation poised to reclaim, rewrite, restory Work, Success, Ambition, Leadership, Aspiration, Tradition, Purpose

From September this year until mid 2044, Pluto will be transforming Aquarius - more of that in another offering.

What blocks are keeping you from committing to make these real?

What beliefs, holding patterns are coming up to be released?

What is your relationship with discipline and hard work?

How might you soften into willingly laboring daily to do what is necessary because You LOVE?

What would change if the shoulds and musts simply become regular maintenance so you may operate at your highest, most efficient, optimum state?

Love infused, how then will you show up for your dreams from this place?

How now will you initiate the generations to come?

To the wisdom keepers, wise elders, all those who came before. I bow in reverence to the transmission that passes through. May this serve in anchoring discernment and response-ability in your journey towards alignment and may you pay forward in loving service what you learn here that we may sustainably midwife a loving, compassionate humanity.
